Photos and Generated Videos

• Photos you upload are stored in our cloud storage and sent to our video generation provider (APIMart, which runs the Seedance and MiniMax models) only to make the video you asked for. On Seedance 2.5 the photo also passes the provider's content review first.
• Generated videos are stored so you can watch and download them from your account. Videos made before your first purchase are delivered with a visible watermark; an unmarked copy is kept privately so a later purchase can unlock it.
• We do not show your photos or videos publicly, use them as examples, sell them, or use them to identify anyone.
• To delete your photos and videos, contact support from the email on your account and we will remove them from our storage.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
